Day 1Your personal chauffeur will pick you up from the Airport in Katunayake and whisk you away to the beautiful coastal town of Kalpitiya. You will be staying at the luxurious Dutch Bay Resort in Kalpitiya which is nestled within a magical mangrove forest overlooking a tranquil lagoon. Dutch Bay Resort

Day 2Kalpitiya
You have the whole day to lounge around the hotel or soak up some sun. You could go kite surfing or take an exciting boat ride along the lagoon to catch a glimpse of the various species of birds and reptiles that live there. You could even dedicate your day to total relaxation at the hotel as you take advantage of the complimentary 25-minute foot treatment or head massage at the hotel spa.

Day 3Kalpitiya
On your last day in Kalpitiya, you have the option of going dolphin watching. Get an early start on the day and head off to catch a glimpse of these magnificent creatures commonly spotted in these parts. Exhilarating outdoor activities such as kite surfing are also available. Then, head back to your hotel for another overnight stay at your cosy resort.

Day 4Kalpitiya - Negombo
You will next head down to Negombo, another coastal town on the western coastline of Sri Lanka. Negombo offers up its golden beaches and warm ocean waters to all its visitors and is a favourite amongst honeymooners. You will be checked in at the Suriya Luxury Resort which is Sri Lanka’s first luxury water bungalow. Spend a peaceful and relaxing evening at the hotel before celebrating your love with a romantic candlelit dinner.

This resort and spa is Sri Lanka’s first water bungalow and is nestled between the ocean and the Ging Oya River. With direct access to Negombo’s golden beach, the hotel also boasts a serene tropical setting adorned with coconut trees, palms and mangroves. The honeymoon rooms will be specially decorated with flowers and balloons while you will receive a complementary basket of fruits and a bottle of wine as well.
Suite option: The Beach Chalets are beautifully set upon stilts which hold the room above shallow waters, making for a uniquely romantic atmosphere perfect for honeymooning couples. Overlooking the blue waters of the Indian Ocean, these chalets provide ample privacy and tranquillity.

Day 5Negombo
You have the whole day to spend at your leisure. Explore the exciting city of Negombo which teems with life and colour. You could go sailing on a catamaran or spend the whole day lounging on the sandy beaches of Negombo before you head back to the hotel for another intimate candlelit dinner.

Day 6Negombo
You have the option of embarking on an exciting sailing ride or take a quiet boat ride on the Negombo lagoon to observe some of the exotic local wildlife on display. Later on, you could even opt to have a honeymoon photo shoot in traditional Sri Lankan attire.

Day 7Negombo - Airport
On the final day, you will be transferred to the Katunayake Airport, situated close to Negombo, in time to catch your flight back home bringing an end to a relaxing and unparalleled Sri Lankan honeymoon experience.
